Quality Standards
Products detailed have been manufactured to satisfy, in the majority of cases, national (for example BS in in the United Kingdom, NF in France, DIN in Germany), European (for example CENELEC), or International (IEC) standards. These product standards precisely define the performance of the designed products.
When used correctly, as designated by the manufacturer and in accordance with the regulations and rules of the art, these products will allow assembled equipment, machine systems or installations to conform to their appropriate standards.

CE Marking - all product supplied carry CE Marking
The CE mark affixed to a product signifies that the manufacturer certifies that the product conforms to the relevant European Directive(s) and is obligatory for a product, subject to one or more of the European Directives, before it can be freely distributed within the European Community.
- the CE mark is intended solely for national market control authorities
- the CE mark must not be confused with a conformity marking
Approvals
In some countries, the approval of certain electrical equipment is required by law. In this case, an approval certificate is issued by the official test authority.
